Virtual Office and Residence Card

Virtual Office and Residence Card

Everything You Need to Know About the Residence Card!

Residence Card is nothing more than a document confirming the identity of the holder and the fact that they have permission to reside for a specified period, a long-term EU resident permit, or permission to settle in the territory of the Republic of Poland. Very often, our clients are foreigners residing in Poland, in Sosnowiec.

When signing a contract for a virtual office, they often present a residence card. If you want to establish a company, a limited liability company, or even a foundation, and you have a residence card, you can sign an agreement with our virtual office in Sosnowiec. If the business or company is continuously active, and not just a dormant business with no turnover, it is most likely that the residence card will be continuously extended. It does not matter to the authorities whether the company's registered office is a virtual office or any other office. The card (like any identity document) must have an up-to-date photo that meets the same requirements as the one for the ID card. The residence card is issued by the Voivodeship Office responsible for the place of residence. A fee of 50 PLN is charged for issuing the residence card. However, it is usually associated with obtaining a permit, the issuance of which is also subject to a fee (the stamp duty is around 350 PLN). The card also authorizes crossing the border without the need to obtain a visa each time – that’s why it is a very important document.

Therefore, if you are in our country with the intention of starting your business and have a valid residence card, we invite you to Wspólna 3 Street in Sosnowiec to register your company under our virtual address.
